AiMLText is a product brand operated by Whisper AiML ("Whisper AiML," "AiMLText," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the AiMLText website, iOS app, Android app, messaging services, SMS and voice workflows, APIs, and support services (collectively, the "Service").

This policy is intended to support App Store review and to give users a clear public privacy policy URL for AiMLText.

The information we collect depends on how you use the Service. We may collect:

• Account information such as identity, name, email address, phone number, business name, organization, login credentials, and support contact details.
• Message and communication content such as app chat messages, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp messages, voice call metadata, support notes, attachments, delivery status, and conversation history.
• Device and app information such as device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, crash logs, diagnostics, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, and usage events.
• Website analytics information such as page views, referrers, browser and device details, visitor/session identifiers, scroll depth, interaction events, IP address, and approximate location from hosting or analytics providers.
• Billing and subscription information such as subscription status, App Store transaction status, purchase identifiers, renewal state, and invoices or payment records handled by Apple or another payment provider.

If you use AiMLText to communicate with another person, your messages and call-related information may be processed so the Service can deliver, display, sync, secure, and troubleshoot those communications.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve AiMLText and related Whisper AiML services.
• Authenticate users, issue access tokens, route messages, deliver notifications, place and receive voice calls, and sync conversations across devices.
• Support organization accounts, assigned phone numbers, customer messaging workflows, and administrator controls.
• Respond to support requests, investigate errors, prevent abuse, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
• Measure reliability, diagnose crashes, analyze feature usage, and improve app performance.
• Understand website traffic, visitor paths, scroll depth, page performance, and which product information is most useful.
• Process subscriptions, confirm entitlement status, restore purchases, and manage account access.

4. App Store Privacy Details

Apple requires developers to disclose data collection practices in App Store Connect. AiMLText may collect data linked to a user, including contact information, identifiers, user content, diagnostics, usage data, purchase information, and communications content when needed to provide the Service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information collected from AiMLText to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising unless a separate notice and required consent are provided.

5. Push Notifications, SMS, and Voice

AiMLText uses push notification tokens to deliver app notifications, message alerts, badge updates, and call-related notifications. SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and voice features may involve phone numbers, message bodies, call metadata, delivery receipts, device tokens, and routing information. These details are used to provide the communications features requested by the user or the organization that owns the account.

6. Service Providers and Third Parties

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. These providers may include:

• Twilio for conversations, SMS, voice, messaging delivery, push notification routing, and related communications infrastructure.
• Apple for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, app analytics, and Apple push notification delivery.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for website analytics, consent-aware measurement, visitor paths, and traffic reporting where enabled.
• Google Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for app diagnostics, crash reporting, notification support, and analytics where enabled.
• Vercel, Neon, storage, hosting, security, analytics, and infrastructure vendors used to operate the website, APIs, databases, and app services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the Service, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements. Message and call records may be retained according to account settings, operational requirements, carrier rules, or legal obligations.

Depending on your location and account type, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, or restriction of personal information. You may also ask us to close your account or delete information that is not required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
