Scheduling and messaging, each with a clear role

Calendaraiml is where an organizer connects Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, publishes availability, and takes bookings. Its SMS Notifications add-on brings AiMLText-powered reminders into that workflow. You configure the appointment and its reminder preferences in the same scheduling account.

Booking confirmation

After a guest books and supplies a mobile number, a confirmation text is queued with the event name, organizer, and appointment time. The guest has a reference they can find on their phone.

Reminders before the appointment

Choose a day-before reminder to help guests plan, an hour-before reminder to bring the appointment back into view, or another available interval. Multiple reminders can be selected for a booking.

A familiar calendar connection

Keep Google Calendar or Outlook connected to Calendaraiml for availability and booking creation. Text reminders add another way to reach a guest alongside the calendar and email flow.

Choose the right timing for your guests

Calendaraiml offers reminder intervals from 7 days before an appointment to 10 minutes before it. You can combine intervals, such as 24 hours and 1 hour before a consultation.

Reminders are set when a booking is created. A guest who books close to the appointment can receive the selected reminders that are still in the future. Save timing changes before new bookings arrive.

The calendar SMS add-on is purchased through Calendaraiml. For its current price and available scheduling plans, visit Calendaraiml pricing.

Useful wherever an appointment needs a follow-up

Consultations

A reminder can help a guest set aside time and prepare questions before meeting with an adviser or service provider.

Demos and onboarding

A planning reminder the day before and a shorter heads-up before the session can keep the meeting visible to a busy customer.

Service bookings

Text updates keep the appointment time accessible when a customer is working, travelling, or away from their email.

Calendaraiml integration questions

What does AiMLText power in Calendaraiml?

AiMLText is the messaging brand behind Calendaraiml’s SMS booking confirmations and appointment reminders. Calendaraiml manages the booking page, calendar connection, appointment details, and reminder preferences.

Where do I enable the calendar reminder integration?

Set it up in Calendaraiml. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook in Schedule, activate the SMS Notifications add-on, and choose your reminder intervals. Guests who provide a mobile number when booking can receive text updates.

Is a standalone AiMLText subscription required for these reminders?

The booking reminder flow is activated through Calendaraiml’s SMS Notifications add-on. AiMLText’s separate business messaging plans cover its broader customer conversation products. Check the Calendaraiml pricing page for the calendar add-on and AiMLText pricing for standalone messaging plans.

Do guests need to install an app?

Guests can book through a Calendaraiml web link and receive SMS on the mobile number they supply. They do not need to install AiMLText or Calendaraiml to receive those texts.

Which appointments receive automatic reminders?

The reminder flow applies to appointments booked through Calendaraiml booking pages while the organizer’s SMS add-on is active and enabled. A guest mobile number is needed. Reminder intervals are saved when the booking is created, and only future reminder times are scheduled.

Can I share a meeting invitation through SMS or WhatsApp?

Calendaraiml also gives organizer-scheduled meetings a private invitation link. Copy it or use the SMS or WhatsApp share option to open a message for you to send. The recipient can view the meeting and accept or decline without signing in. This sharing action is separate from automatic booking reminders.
